Our online store is currently open and shipping regularly. With the health and safety of our team and community in mind, we are currently making jewellery as well as packing and shipping orders from our back office in Goa. While we are fulfilling orders as frequently as possible, please allow for the possibility of slightly delayed shipping time than our usual 2-3 business days. We are incredibly grateful for your patience and support as we continue to navigate this new reality and shift towards working remotely.

I’ve placed an order online and need an update. Who do I call or email?
You can reach out directly to email@example.com. All of your orders are packed by hand from the studio, Monday-Saturday, 11 - 7 pm. That is the best time to contact us and expect a timely response :) We take upto 24 to 48 hours to respond, so patience is much appreciated.
For Domestic orders:
All Domestic orders are shipped via Blue Dart on the same day or the next day with delivery confirmation tracking and insurance.
For International orders:
Yes, we ship to every place the post office lets us! Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner (and DHL estimates international delivery to take between 6 to 10 business days), we cannot guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For such long delivery delays, please contact your local customs office. We are unable to contact customs’ authorities on customers’ behalf.
Duties and Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees that may be incurred.
Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?
We do not refund for packages lost in transit.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent if and when they are received back at Shop Lune and will incur a reshipment fee.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Our store policy is NO refunds or returns, though we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within 24 hours of receiving them for a different item, provided that the original piece is in its original condition and accompanied with a receipt. Purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
In the event of an exchange ( includes sizing issues as well ), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer won't be refunded.
My jewellery is broken or damaged—can I get a replacement?
We will replace a damaged or broken piece up to 48 hours from the date you receive it, if the damage is on account of a manufacturing issue on our part.
What happens if my jewellery breaks?
Our jewellery is very delicate; it cannot be handled roughly like statement pieces. Just like glass can break, delicate jewellery will break too if not handled with care. For example; if we added a thicker chain to our starburst necklace, it wouldn't look as pretty as our current piece. There's a lot of design planning and visual consideration before we make a piece to maintain its delicate design aesthetic.
However, Shop Lune is happy to repair your item for you. Repairs start at Rs.500/- and will increase depending on the extent of the damage. For online orders, please provide photos of the issue so we can determine the best course of action. Please be ready to provide the receipt of your original purchase. Discontinued designs cannot be repaired especially if it was purchased from us 6 months ago or more.
All custom orders including custom sizes for rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable. For all custom orders, please fill out our contact form with as much information as possible. Our Customer Service Team will respond with a quote or more questions within 2-3 business days.
